Pioneer Accounting Inc. Is operated by a group of professionals who have several years of experience in the Accounting field in Canada and Internationally. We have the advantage of having a number of affiliated Accountants, CGA & CA in our area that will provide their services to our clientele, should our clients not have a designated accountant for their business already.

Along with the variety of services that we provide, we also offer the convenience of providing on-site set-up assistance, organizational and filing guidance and software training, should it be required.

Pioneer Accounting Inc. has clients of different occupational backgrounds, sizes and needs. All are welcomed. Our goal is to provide exceptional accounting services and in doing so, creating more time for you to spend on other aspects of you business.

BIOGRAPHIES

Director / General Manager

Ms. S. Ferreira, our General Manager, has over 10 years of experience in administration and accounting. She has had the past experience of working in organizations based with a variety of structures and practices, exposing her to multiple concepts and approaches which have enhanced her ability to handle many different tasks and obstacles related to her position. She has successfully been granted Secretarial Diploma along with a Computer Specialist Diploma. She is a meticulous, self-driven individual that takes great pride in her ability to multi-task, who is always ready to take on a business related challenge on behalf of Pioneer Accounting Inc. or on behalf of any of our clients.

Ms. S. Ferreira handles all office management, administrative services, business correspondence, client profiles and relations, marketing, bookkeeping and any miscellaneous tasks and requirements requested by clients.

Assistant Manager

Ms. R. Felici is our Assistant Manager with numerous years of experience in business administration and office management. In addition to her being very well organized with superior work ethics and an immaculate attention to detail, she has also been granted a Diploma designating her as a Law Clerk. Ms. Felici’s goal within our company is to insure that all records and requirements are kept and delivered in the upmost professional manner in a timely fashion suitable to all our clients’ requirements. She has an exceptional ability to adapt and convey to different businesses and trades, making her not only an asset to our company but also to our clients’ companies. She is always eager to assist and resolve issues on behalf of any of our clients. Her remarkable abilities will without doubt have a positive impact on your day to day flow of your company.

Bookkeepers

Both of our Bookkeepers have numerous years of experience in bookkeeping with a great comprehension in accounting related issues. In her past years of experience, they have earned a vast knowledge in computer skills and are proficient in numerous accounting databases. They are also detailed individuals, who are always ready to help and take their positions acutely. The bookkeepers handle all client bookkeeping, Government Remittances, Payroll, WSIB Relations, Unions, etc in assistance to Ms. S. Ferreira.

Certified General Accountant

Our affiliated CGAs are internationally designated professional accountant, having more than 25 years of extensive experience, providing quality services to the clients on an international level, in the areas of bookkeeping and accounting, financial statements (compilation and review), small business loans & mortgages, personal and corporate tax returns, financial planning, incorporations and initial small business setups, payroll and other tax compliance matters. He also provides consulting services as a business advisor and controller for small businesses at affordable rates. Pioneer Accounting Inc. takes pride in providing the above mentioned services beyond the expectations of our clients.

Our rates are based on the types of services and tasks provided within your package at a hourly rate. We are very flexible with the packages we offer and each can be modified as necessary.

We offer each of our clients and Accordion File, pre-labeled and customized to your business where you will be asked to place any applicable documents that come across your desk.

Once per week or month (whichever best applies to your business activity) we will schedule a pick up by courier or in person of this accordion file and return it to our office for entry and processing.

Within a few days of handing over your file, your bookkeeping records will be complete and up-to-date. Current reports are then available to you. It's that easy!

PRIVACY POLICY

At Pioneer Accounting Inc. we handle all our clients' accounts with the greatest privacy. All documents are kept in our office in their designated files for the current year and at each individual year-end all related documents and receipts are returned to our clients for their archiving.

When first becoming a client of Pioneer Accounting Inc., each will be provided with a "Non-Disclosure Agreement" to be read and signed by the director/owner of the business and a representative of Pioneer Accounting Inc. In this agreement, all confidential fine points of your business activity and information is mentioned and specified in full detail.
